Our Journey

From Tollwood to Foodtruck to Restaurant

Chutney on Top is a tale of dedication, heritage, and passion. Driven by our love for taste and traditions, we set out to introduce India’s vibrant and varied cuisine to Munich.

Our journey began at the Tollwood Festival, where our bold spices and soulful dishes quickly won hearts. Inspired by this success, we launched our food-truck. This allowed us to share the joy of Indian flavors to various events, festivals and locations around the city.

Today, Chutney on Top has found its home in the heart of Pasing. Each dish reflects Indian culture, infused with modern creativity, and touched with some of our chutneys on top.
